Hot and cold fork buffets are very popular and an ideal, informal way to cater for large and small celebrations including Weddings, Corporate events, Anniversaries and Christenings. 

Fresh, succulent and dressed to impress, our cold fork buffets are perfect for any occasion, bringing vibrant colour to the table, creating a delicious banquet for friends and family to savour and enjoy.

Our hot fork buffets will impress your guests with dishes specially created by our chef, only using the freshest local and seasonal produce.   

Whatever the occasion, a beautiful selection of desserts will add the finishing touch to your meal with a gorgeous display of homemade pavlova, fresh lemon tart or a rich chocolate roulade.  Whatever desserts you choose, you can be sure  to have tastebuds tingling, creating a wonderful memory of a truly special day for you and your guests!

 

Choose two main courses from the hot buffet or three from the cold buffet, select four salads and two or three desserts, depending on number of guests. Costs include serving staff, cutlery, crockery, serving dishes, banqueting roll, napkins, chafers for hot buffet, clearing and washing up.

Chicken cacciatora, an Italian chicken stew marinaded in rosemary, garlic and chianti then baked with tomatoes, olives and anchovies served with potatoes or rice
